Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment.
You can expect to receive your package within 2 – 5 days of ordering.
We’ve worked hard to find the best shipping prices depending on location and weight of packages.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Our boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
It is our policy not to leave parcels unattended unless specified at your request. We recommend that the delivery address is somewhere where a signature for the package can be obtained e.g your work address.
If you have not received your purchase order within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us, so we can complete a track and trace.

If you are local to Tauranga you may wish to save on postal charges and collect your order in person.
Select Collect in Shop from the delivery page during checkout. This option is FREE.
Pop in during opening hours with your order number and proof of ID.
Collection is available once your funds have cleared the bank. For card transactions this could be just a few minutes. In the case of payment via direct bank transfer in might take several days.

We use NZ Post international post service, which allows us to give you the best shipping prices.
